The story of the company

After the launching and successful experience in the World Karting with the worldwide famous engine tuner FM Racing, the won of FSA Karting Championship in 1997 with Danilo Rossi and the support to a lot of F1 champions such as  Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, the company went on specializing and experiencing in electronics data acquisition.

Even in that early days the machine was equipped with a full electronics data logging wich was includingdriver input and vehicle and engine parameters.

Searching for a more sophisticated enviroment, the company, from 2007 to 2013, partecipated to the World Supersport and Superbike class, which became the new challenge.

Motorsport Engineering was created  in 2007  by Andrea Torniero  who has become a MoTeC dealer, to offer the best electronics on the field.

In the World Supersport Championship 2012 Motorsport Engineering reinforced the results and obtained the 2nd and the 3rtd place at the end of the championship with Sam Lowes and Jules Cluzel.

The bike was equipped with full MoTeC logging and engine management system.

In BSB, by cooperating with the best teams, Motorsport Engineering had been staying for years in the top positions , by obtaining  the 2nd and 3rd positions in 2017 and the  won of the championship in 2018, by supporting the well known champion Leon Haslam.

Today, beside its activity in the BSB, the company supports the engine building and development in many Motorsport disciplines (Drag Racing,Rally,Drift,) and is able to offer a high level assistance in data acquisition and engine management.

MSE know-how has improved in the race field and enriched over the years through the precious cooperation with  Kawasaki factory, together with the support of high level Teams: that makes of Motorsport Engineering a unique partner.
